Joe has a Sports Therapy Degree and a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science. Joe is a keen swimmer and rugby player and has represented the British colleges while at University of Kent in both of these. His previous work as a personal trainer means he understands the rehab involved post injury and will see people right through to the their return to sport not simply resolution of their injury. Joe’s treatment techniques also made sure that Gemma reached the starting line for the Ironman as prior to this race she was seeing Joe once a week to take care of any niggles. (For which she is eternally grateful.)
