We ask that you show us and other patients consideration by calling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend.
Failure to keep your scheduled appointments at Finely Tuned Physiotherapy hinders our ability to provide the best service to all our patients.
Please call us on 01268 570 007 or email us at info@finelytuned.co.uk with your cancellation notification, this will allow us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another patient.
Failure to give the 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge for the appointment. If you are claiming for treatment through your medical insurer they will not pay the cancellation charge and you will be liable for this payment.
To help you remember you have an appointment we do send reminder text messages. If for some reason you do not receive a reminder text, this policy will still be enforced. Occasionally there are issues with phone service providers that are out of out control and we can not account for.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows are disruptive to the optimal delivery of care and service to all our patients. Missed appointments prevent other patients from coming in at the same time and affect the consistency of your own and other patient’s rehabilitation program or service.
