Alan is one of the directors at Finely Tuned Physiotherapy.
He has a background in Sports Science and Biomechanics, having previously lectured at the University of East London and City of Westminster College. His academic foundation led to a strong interest in human movement and performance, which continues to inform his work today.
Alan spent 12 years working with the Tottenham Hotspur Academy as a football coach. Alongside team coaching across various age groups, he supported players’ individual technical development through applied biomechanics and performance analysis. He also holds qualifications as a Quantity Surveyor, bringing analytical and structural thinking to a wide range of projects.
