Anna graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in 2009. She completed her core rotations as a junior physiotherapist within the NHS over the next two years, before spending a year in Australia working within a private practice, and completing pain management programmes with care home residents.

She then spent a year working as a senior physiotherapist in paediactrics, seeing children with musculoskeletal, developmental, and neurological conditions. Following this, Anna specialised as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, treating children from 5 years of age as well as adults both privately and through the NHS.

Anna’s personal background has given her a special interest in sporting injuries. As a keen swimmer and triathlete who has experienced injuries herself, she understands the importance of timely and effective rehab for a quick recovery and return to sport. Anna has worked with numerous local swimming clubs, triathlon clubs, and running clubs throughout her physiotherapy career. She also has pitchside and football injury experience having worked for the Falkland Islands football team in the Island Games in Jersey in 2015.

She also has an interest in clinical pilates, having completed her APPI matwork certification in 2013, and running classes and taking 1:1 sessions since, including specific pilates programmes for ante & post natal clientele, cyclists, and runners. She is also qualified and experienced in acupuncture, having completed her AACP qualification in 2014, and has had success in using it for the treatment of many conditions including: acute and chronic pain; tendinopathies; and muscle dysfunction.
